Aaron also highlights what properties are in short supply in the suburb.  With a median price for houses rapidly approaching $1M, Aaron paints the picture about what you can buy for that price.

Shannon introduces our Feature Guest, David Shillington.  David is a former professional rugby league footballer who last played for the Gold Coast Titans in the National Rugby League. A Queensland State of Origin and Australian international representative prop forward, he previously played for the Sydney Roosters and Canberra Raiders. During his time on the field, David developed his skills around property investment as a way to sure up his financial future.  He talks to Shannon about that and passes on some very valuable tips.
