Property Bubonic Plague – Simon Pressley

Property Bubonic Plague. It’s a big statement with all sorts of scary connotations – and it’s not one that Simon makes lightly.

According to Simon, unit supply is the single most concerning factor to Australian real estate in its nearly 200 year history. The Propertyology team were concerned and set aside a couple of days to really dig into the data.

The deeper they dug, the more concerned they got.

There’s a lot to explain in the video, so tune in and learn why Simon believes there’s no vaccine for this killer.
