    Hi Kevin

    I am an investor and I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 car park garage in 39 Eagle Heights Zilzie OLD. 4710
    I was not sure whether to hold it for another year as i was thinking of selling over coming 6 months.
    Rents have started to rise in the area and I was thinking of maybe holding for another 12 months instead of 6.
